For end users : Brief steps on how to recover your accidentally deleted emails.
1. create a new mail account with your mail client (eg. thunderbird, outlook etc)
2. configure the mail account to use imap. Enter "mailbackup.private.bii" as the imap server
3. SSL/TLS is enabled and optional
4. Now you can download all mail that were sent to you for the past 90 days (including spam) from mailbackup server. Locate the mails you want to recover, drag-drop them into local mail folders
BII email system keeps all your emails backed up for a period of up to 90 days
Size of backup email is limited to 1MB.
You may use the email retrieval system to restore any emails which have
been deleted within this period of time.
