Instructions
To install TLM-Converter, select and run tlm_setup.exe.
Upon installation, TLM-Converter can be found under Start menu > All Programs > TLM > TLM.
To uninstall TLM-Converter, go to Start menu > All Programs > TLM > Uninstall TLM.
